Settlere 3 Ultimate collection
One of my all time favorites. Closely tied with Civilization V. It's intriguingly playable and I've spent weeks playing it.

I bet it was great for the time
It just need some quality of life. It's too slow, there's no explanation for nothing, it's a great concept that shows it's age.
