Mouse gets stuck
The game itself is great, but after playing for a few hours the mouse gets stuck. This issue has been known and widely reported since 2012, but for some reason GOG is ignoring it.

Great game and well converted
The background Dos Box does an excellent job of letting this game run properly in Windows 10. Fantastic to be able to play it again!
