No Vikings
Sadly, Ubisoft never released the Viking expansion outside Germany. Thank you Ubisoft. Thank you to offer the fans a fucking incomplete game. And thank you for abandoning the licence.

Stick to the original.
Having played both, this updated version is a bland and charmless copy of the original. Some things are just better left alone.

one of the most Zen games ever...
i liked The Settlers back from the Amiga times, and i played a lot of The Settlers II on PC. This version is suffering from some kind of sound glitches on Windows 11 (especially on a title screen).
