The Rewinder

I own this on Steam and purchased it along with the small DLC. The game is quite beautiful and tells a great story with some really unexpected plot twists. The puzzles are not very hard, some require a bit of dexterity, but there's nothing overly complex or looking for a solution. What I loved the most is the music. It's very traditional and strictly instrumental, which definitely helps with immersion. Also there's a really nice song in the end of WIllow's chapter. The only downside is that it may feel a bit short, but the story ends on a cliffhanger, so hopefully there will be additional episodes.

At the beginning the puzzles are a little too easy and you feel like the game is leading you by the hand just to move on with the story, butt they do get more challenging (and fun) as the game progresses. The art is fantastic, and the story very intriguing. If you're into the supernatural with a Taoist twist and enjoy point-and-click puzzle-solving, this game is for you. The only downside to this game (from my perspective) is that it is not available natively for Linux, but it would be mean for me to deduct a star on that account alone. It also took forever to appear on gog, but here it is now!

1. No property and stable keyboard control. NO REMAP!!!!!! Can't use keyboard to advence dialogs or control menus. 2. Launch game will re-setting the screen resolution and graphic output, like the irregular old game. This will cause the display to broken (win11). 3.
