Description
Featuring three classic titles with AI upscaled assets, The Last Stand Legacy Collection includes The Last Stand, The Last Stand 2, and The Last Stand: Union City, in one comprehensive package.

The very first game in The Last Stand franchise- play as Jack in the opening days of the zombie apocalypse.

  • Arm yourself with weapons and supplies in the daylight hours.
  • Support your party of survivors by repairing your barricade.
  • Defend your encampment from the onslaught of the undead when the sun goes down.

Following the events of The Last Stand, Jack and the remaining survivors will carve a path to the coast before the evacuation leaves them behind.

  • Reach Union City before the military fully quarantines the mainland in 40 days.
  • Bait zombies towards the killing floor by placing traps each night as you fight for your life.
  • Survive as long as you can as you scrounge for weapons and survivors in each city.

In the last days before evacuation, you’ll navigate Union City, now overrun by the zombie scourge to find your partner and hopefully some safety for you both.

  • Traverse Union City as your customized survivor.
  • Become strong enough to prevail in the apocalypse by levelling up your skills to fit your playstyle.
  • Take fate into your own hands and explore the city on your own terms.
  • Fight off zombies using one of the dozens of unique weapons you'll find on the streets.
The Last Stand Legacy Collection features a beautiful visual upgrade to compliment its original gameplay, including AI-upscaled assets, fullscreen support, cloud saving, and achievements. Plus, all of the premium content from Union City is included as part of this release at no extra charge.

Great, but with a catch.

These are great games, no doubt. Especially Union city. The issue lies withe graphics being AI upscaled. While I understand these are older games, its really not hard to redraw assets yourself, especially considering the very small size of these 3 games. Using AI to do it for you looks good, and is fast, but really cheap and it shows. great games, I do reccomend buying it just keep in mind the quick and easy solution was used here, and the originals are still available in other places.

SHORT. ADDICTIVE. REPLAYABLE. What else?

This collection of 3 flash games, now upscaled, is the most fun I've ever had in the shortest amount of time! You play for roughly 30 minutes to an hour then get done with it for a while only for you to come back for more again and again. The zombies are relentless and will tear through your barricade in seconds if you give 'em so much as an inch, you need to button mash like crazy and hope you get lucky if you hope to make it through the night alive. You need to ration out what little time you are given to repairing your barricade, searching for survivors to recruit and scavenging for weapons and supplies. It's fast paced, a little unforgiving at times with the later stages and fresh every single time you decide to replay it. Good luck! Trust me... you'll need it.

Lazy port of flash games.

There's really not much added to thoses games appart from the AI upscalling. No new game modes to give the first two replayability. The first two games don't support AZERTY and no keyboard remap. Lots of bugs. - The Last Stand 1 is the classic from where it all started. It was good for a flash game but really there wasn't much content. - The last Stand 2 is the best imo, you not only search by hours but you carefully handpick the locations. once you're done with the town you can chose to travel to another city. The shame is the time limit and the fact that there is nothing but an ending screen when you arrive to Union City. Damn I could have played this story infinitively if the game would let me. It also let you set traps and give your weapons to your teamates. Really it's TLS1 but better in anyway. The game would really have beneficied from having differents modes. - Union City is a complete change from the other games, no longer a last stand but a side scroller with RPG elements and while it have a lot of good ideas, the gameplay is really wonky and the buggiest of the three.

Nostalgic Warmth for a Cold Day

A fun road trip back to the glory days of flash games on the office computers. A great reminisce of simpler times, but still to this day, a trio of fantastic games. Thank you.

$1 = 1h

I ussually don't bother writing reviews since I don't consider my opinion that interesting for general public. However, at the end of the game the creator/s request/s them, so here we are. First game is a very simple concept executed fairly well, particularly for the first time developer. However, get used to game forcing you to restart a day because a bug spawned the protagonist as dead or you can't shoot. On my final run the game ability to change weapons broke around the mid point of the campaign and restarting the day wouldn't fix it so I completed the game using one weapon only. Second game is significantly easier and I didn't experience as many bugs. There is also more gameplay gimmicks. It's good but short. The first 2 games together took me exactly 33 minutes to complete and while I enjoyed all of those 33minutes, I started to worry about value to price ratio. Union City I was the least excited about. I didn't play it when it was a free flash game and gameplay didn't look all that exciting. I wasn't a fan of the change of the protagonist. However, I found the loop of exploration, fighting zombies and quests to be very compelling. RPG elements, while they don't impact the game that much, technically give an opportunity to provide some replayability. I feel like the final hour of 3 it took me to complete the game was overstaying it's welcome a bit, but if you were to spread the playthrough on 2 sessions, I don't think it would be that much of an issue. This final chapter definitely makes the package worth it's price and I'm happy to support the artist anyway.
