The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition

Back in 2011, I liked Skyrim a lot, I sank many hours in this game, and it was mostly good fun. The world was quite nice designed, and it felt like a sandbox experience, which I like. Especially with the mods, I had tons of fun. However, the roleplay aspect is pretty repetitive and shallow. And the main story line is laughable short. But besides that it was a pretty good experience and I definitely did not regret buying this game on release. But Skyrim aged badly, and I see no reason to buy any other edition, besides big total conversion mods. And I do not recommend buying all this idiotic new versions, it mostly stays the same game. If you haven't played it, you can buy this edition, but as I said it kind of aged badly.

I've been playing this for a year on GOG and now it crashes at start. All I can gather is that Bethesda made an update and now GOG is unplayable with mods, and it sounds like Steam isn't much better. I've spent more time troubleshooting than playing the game. Time to give up on Bethesda games for good.

God game

One of the best RPG ever.

When I lauched the game through mod manager, Vortex. Galaxy just won't track my game playtime and won't show overlay for Skyrim. Why doesn't anybody seems not bothered with this?! Sure I saw few people in the Elder Scrolls forums complained about this, mind you it just A FEW! Fortunately achievment still works. But it's a shame, Skyrim is my favorite game. Can't track game playtime and can't show overlay if we lauch the game outside Galaxy. I'm not sure if does the same for another game. Why Steam have no such issue but GOG has it? Sorry for my bad English. I'll give this review five star for sure!! But well, this issue is kinda being overlooked or something? Farewell.
