Not nearly as good as Colonels' Bequest
Colonel's Bequest was such an awesome game. I had high hopes for this one. Dagger of Amon Ra gets lost in the terrible voice acting and the painfully long interrogation process you have to go through with each character. A real disappointment after the first Laura Bow game was so great.

Nice old thing - but totally implausible
It still plays kind of ok, but the plot is ludicrous. Better play other Sierra Classics.
