If you're not afraid of subjects like depression and/or suicide, just go for it. I was really surprised that a game could deal with these subjects with such honesty and bravery and still be good and entertaining. The end (at least the end that I got) was very touching... almost ended up this one in tears. One of my best games of all time.

I debated picking up this game for a few weeks, deleted it off of my Steam wishlist... but then it went on sale here, and I went "what the heck, I want to play something in that genre right now", so I bought it. I am crying happy tears right now. I bought the game last night, and it's nearly 6 AM right now--I just finished it. I swear I didn't mean to play through it in one shot, I just couldn't put it down! As someone who has struggled with depression, I found Susan really relatable as a character, and I found the depiction of depression very true-to-life. The story was emotionally involving and definitely pulled me in, and the mild elements of suspense and gore were tactfully used. I honestly can't say enough good about this game. If you're looking for a quick, story-driven game that's easy to get into and hard to get out of without being too taxing insofar as skill, definitely check it out.

I can be pretty delicate when it comes to stilized graphics, but this is exceptionally well made, as are the sound and the voiceovers. From the first moment the game got me in it´s grip, and I stayed there for the 10 and a half hours it took me to complete. The warning at the beginning should be taken serious. I would not recommend the game for people who are really depressed or at the edge of suicide. The pictures are a horror and it takes long before there ist some kind of hope. Beside of this the game has one of this rare stories who take you by surprise and not let go until you finish it.

Coming from a long-time adventure game fan, this game was a complete disappointment. What initially attracted me to this game was the unique art-style, and interesting horror story-line. To be brief, the game features perhaps the most pathetic attempts at making puzzles, mopey and uninteresting dialogue, and a story-line that, while unique, is very much set apart from the player's choices (even though the game would like the player to believe otherwise). Overall, an unpleasant, violent, yet somehow boring horror "adventure" game. If you are looking for a horror-game fix, look elsewhere.
