AI cheats horrifically
The AI cheats bad in this game. The developers will tell you that the die rolls are all random, then argue when you prove them wrong. On average, you roll 3 or less in every combat, whereas the AI rolls 5/6 in every combat. On average, you will draw 5 enemies before you ever draw a single useful card, all the while watching the AI draw magic item after magic item.

Brilliant game!
Forget about the "DLC milking strat" complains this game is awesome! If you're into board games in general, just the basic game will keep you entertained for hours upon hours! It doesn't feel limitating or frustrating to play. This game is the epitome of the "easy to learn, hard to master" saying! Atmosphere is great, especially the music (if a bit repetitive at length) and the game is immersive. Talisman is perfect for an evening with a couple of friends and 1 PC only. I strongly recommend!
