An excellent surprise
Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon was an excellent surprise for me. I'm a big fan of Arthurian legends, and the game's universe is inspired by them, infusing it with a very successful dark fantasy aspect. The more you discover the story and the world, the more you want to play. Combat is really good and dynamic. There are many possible builds for our characters. The music is sublime. After spending 70 hours on it, I have no regrets. The only flaws I noticed were that Act 3 wasn't handled as well as the first 2, and the ending was a little abrupt. All in all, Tainted Grail is a very good RPG, with a good lifespan and a very addictive universe. If you're a fan of Elder Scrolls-type games, you'll love it.

Awesome Game!!
If you like exploration and Elder Scrolls style games, this game is amazing. Yes it is graphical meh, but the combat and lore more than make up for that. Very dark setting, not entirely open world, but 3 maps 1 per act essentially. Avowed is close in map style, but there is so much to explore.
