SWAT 4 is AMAZING

Finally, Swat 4 is available somewhere. Did not want to buy this game second hand. And my patience was finally rewarded. Amazing game, now one of my favorites of all time. Thanks to GOG I'm finally able to play it. Highly recommend and this is one of those legendary games with nothing quite like it in the modern shooter world.

To play multiplayer install the serverlist patches from the following site (unofficial but has been working fine for years): http://www.markmods.com/swat4serverlist/ There is a very small but dedicated community at particular times.

Outstanding Tactical Game

"Supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting." -Sun Tzu Armchair General stamp of approval! They really don't make games like this much anymore. As a big fan of the old Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six games, as well as ArmA, I can't believe I never knew this game existed! This game is difficult and requires restraint, but decisiveness as well. Killing enemies is easy, trying not to kill enemies is hard. You never know how an AI will react when you turn a corner. This is the epitome of tactical gaming.
