Very good Game!
Amazing writing, world and atmosphere. I belong to the handful of people that work to mod this game, I am clearly biased.

Gotta love the style!
It takes a little bit to catch the dark humor and strange economy of this world. While fuel and supplies are important, you will surely die. And you need to die in strange new ways to achieve! So much fun for someone who enjoys reading AND gaming.

Beautiful game, easy to lose yourself in
I've only got about 10 hours in this game, but it is THOROUGHLY enjoyable. It'll suck you in and you'll probably love it as much as I do. Think Victorian Era steampunk with Lovecraft horror themes set in a very strange and beautiful universe. Oh, and you're driving a train through outer space. You can tell these developers really care about what they make. This game is beautiful. The artwork and sound are absolutely TOP notch. I love the creativity and skill on that are display in every frame. And OMG, the sound. It's fitting and engaging but subtle. If this sounds even a little bit like something you'd enjoy, BUY IT!! It's really a fantastic game.

Extremely entertaining and engrossing
I really liked Sunless Seas and I really like its sequel, Sunless Skies. Refreshingly different style of gameplay.

Sadly unplayable
This is a unique game in which you read things on your phone while your computer displays a train engine endlessly sailing through the same three landscapes for hours while nothing happens. This game supposedly has a nice story somewhere, but I don't know how you get to it, because your train moves so slowly that it takes literal hours before you can do anything.
