Rebel without a pulse has heart

Amusing title that has aged pretty well! Retro-future schlocky zombie bite 'em up has been pretty fun with tons of juvenile in-jokes for the adults. Full disclosure: there's a memory dance game that decimated me at level 4 and I'm glad the game offered a "skip this part" after I failed a couple of dozen times, otherwise I'd have been soft-locked stuck there. Don't sleep on using your tear-away arm to control soldiers to soften up difficult shooting galleries!

A surprisingly funny zombie game

The closest GOG has to offer if you enjoy stuff like Dead Rising series. You play as Stubbs whose a smart zombie that terrorizes the humans. The impressive usage of humor really sticks with you. How the hell did I go a long time not playing this? It's a fun take on the concept that works way better than you realize. I simply love everything about this game. Sure there's a little of a learning curve. Once you get the game down enough just watch the madness play out. I highly recommend this game to play especially you want a different kind of horror game in your collection.

Wonderful game

Extremely creative, gory, and silly game. It had its own soundtrack as well and that was a beauty. Remember playing it back in the day on my Xbox and even having my dad taking a liking to the title. I also remember it being brutal and erroneously picking the hardest difficulty at the start for reasons I can't remember. Guess if you are a newcomer it might not be a game you find appealing for a lot of reasons, it's certainly trying to do its own thing retaking element of pulp culture and 1950's films and sci-fi to create their world; but if you do get the references and understand what the game is trying to go for, I think it can really end up resonating in a very beautiful way. It's a game that has personality and it almost feels like an individual's vision, not a teams, if that makes sense.

First time I ever player Stubbs I had 14 yo, now I have 32 and still having fun playing it
