This game was so far ahead of its time and gave us that are interested in adventure games some of the best months of our gaming life. I've played the game countless times and I still discover new things and ways to play.

I remember when i first got this game... Good times. I will tell you though, its even better when you run it on your phone or tablet. Mobile stone keep is always fun, on the run.

Anyone recall that, in its day, on the ads for "Anvil of Dawn" it said "Better than Stonekeep!"? Well, it was actually true and it still is. The play mechanics are similar, but Anvil's encounters and fights are more varied and, simply put, more fun. Stonekeep's oddly monotwinged look becomes dull fast. Not so with Anvil. Also, Stonekeep's dialog and acting are, I'm sorry to say, mind numbingly atrocious. --You can actually feel the intelligence being sucked out of your brain when you hear it. Yikes. However, in this case both games fail miserably. Ah well....

Its like a first love; you never forget! Walk and search in the quest for saving the girl from the gods. Bit by bit you gather more weapons, friends and information to unleash your revenge on Kul kum. I always loved turning every stone around to see if there's a bonus installed. If you have the same passion; Stonekeep is most definitly your game.....
