SteamWorld Dig

good graphics, not too easy, not to hard. you get levels and new gear to dig faster. i get 6:00h to go through with all gear buyed. who like platformer 2d games should try this one.

While fun (it's basically the flash game Motherload from back in the day but more fleshed out), this game is very short at around 4 hours. A game doesn't have to be long to be worth the price; just look at Portal. However, Portal did something super unique that no one had ever seen before. This game doesn't. That said, I'd still recommend buying it.

I never understood popularity of Minecraft until I played SteamWorld Dig. There is something incredibly fun in searching for precious minerals and getting richer.

Rather unique gameplay, graphic looks great, nice story for a couple of days or a week.

The game is brilliant in terms of production quality and visuals. Rather fun gameplay too, at least for me. Appealing to kids too (although a bit hard to control for the small ones). The only potential downside is the playtime (which is like 5 hours for one playthrough) and limited replayability. Definitely worth in in sale, not sure if for the full price.
