Star Wars Rebellion
this game has a bit of learning curve and yeah its very primitive for a 4x type game but it has a lot of nuance and interesting mechanics nothing else really has or has attempted since

Star Wars Rebellion
This is a game of chess on a galactic scale. I would really like a SW Rebellion II, but until that happens, this will satisfy my space strategic needs.
