If you bought the game when it first came out there was no shady EULA and there isn't one for the steam version either. if there is one for GoG version then GoG must have added it because EA required them to. I bought the game when it first came out and none of my creations were used by EA. however there was and still is a fan page area where you can upload your creations and download other peoples creations and none of these pages are owned by EA nor does EA support those pages. I wish I knew where you got your info from because it is just to hard to believe

It's basically a collection of mini games, all of which quickly get boring or are dragged out. It looks and plays like a free browser game. Species customisation is kind of cool so it gets points for that. Devs smoking crack if they charge any money for it

I dont know.. The Game is very good, but I can't even play it.. I downloaded this Spore Collection, but when I try to play it, it crashes on the starting/loading screen and keeps throwing me to my desktop.. tried some solutions, but nothing helps. And thats a shame...

... This game is awful. Firstly, the instructions/tutorials are too basic for some of the stages (ex. "Fight your way through," but doesn't tell you how to fight!) The early stages, such as cell, creature, and tribe, are obnoxiously repetitive. Hitting the same key 3 times in a row so that I can dance with another tribe? Boring. Things get a tad better in the civilization stage, but instructions were so unclear that I had to go online and look up a guide. Wtf is conquering someone with religion? Oh I see, uts literally the same as war. Well, that's a useful distinction... I really WANT to like the space stage, but it's simply proving impossible to progress. My captain isn't strong enough to do any of the "beam to the surface and fight" missions. So I can't make allies, so it's harder to make money, so they expand faster than me, and then there's no way to win. Super disappointed in this game. I had heard a lot of hype, but the actual game play was more like those 1.99 games you play on your phone to kill time while waiting in line.
