Currently (NOT) broken

(Calls out to google-analytics . com / 142 . 250 . 145 . 102. Those that care can add this in the host file / firewall for privacy reasons.) Edit and temp review untill Ive played the game: The game initially would not launch at my review creation date no matter how long I waited and what version I tried, which I tried over a few days. There was another report on steam just before mine with the same issue. The game here had a GOG update on june 23rd and its likely something broke, at least for some users like me. I suspect it was nvidia related (unless the other users is not using nvidia?) and in between that with both our reports and the games update, I have had a driver update. I rechecked again today and it seems to be working now and it loads normally for me. Clearly something between this game update 23/6 (previous one was 6 months before that), and then either the nvidia update was causing some confliction, since I see no game update here since the last time I checked, and my system and driver at the time was up to date. Hopefully it works for others too, if not, try updating your system/driver, I think there is a critical component in this game update that causes the problem:) Will edit review when Ive finished the game, the 3 star for now as a middleway and the info in case others had/have the same issue. Looking forward to finally playing this game! ---- Original review: Game is currently broken and refuse to launch. There is another report on this issue from this month on the other platform too so it seems something has happened. The game spikes to 100% on all 4 cores and hangs endlessly as running but never actually loads. I tested this on both wine, wineGE, proton, and offline installers. Ive been looking forward to this game for a while and finally reached it in my backlog so I hope devs can take a look at this and fix it? :) Will delete this review if/when this is fixed.
