Old but good

It is fun to create an entire town and whenever something ticks you off.. Save, choose a disaster and destroy... then once vented load it back up.

Works great

I never played the Windows 95 version, so I don't know the difference. I just know this is similar to the SNES SimCity. It's reasonably easy to start making money and build a massive city. Of course, there are some funky issues, like exploding power plants and unsolvable traffic snarls. Still, the game and its music are fun.
