What does the Deluxe Edition add?
This should be made clear in the description of this Deluxe Edition Upgrade.

Pre-Order People, Check GOG.com for code
I also pre-ordered and it stated that it would include the mp3 original soundtrack and PDF Art of Shadowrun: Hong Kong book included. I noticed that my copy was the standard version and I actually got upset thinking that they just cheated me but going to GOG.com (originally in order to make a complaint) I went to my library and clicked on Shadowrun: Hong Kong and found that on the details page it showed that I could redeem a code to get the additional goodies which I qualified for due to pre-ordering. I redeemed the code and refreshed my library. Sure enough, my copy is now the Deluxe Edition with the extras. Make sure you log in and check yours as I'm certain you'll find the code. It's just kind of crappy that I didn't even get an e-mail to let me know when Shadow Run: Hong Kong was released nor telling me I had to redeem a code in order to get the extras.

Wait for sale
I can confirm that this Deluxe Edition Upgrade comes only with the art book and mp3 soundtrack. Unfortunately, the Description for this Deluxe Edition Upgrade contains 620 words that have zero to do with what this purchase includes. On the contrary, the Description only pertains to the base game (Extended Edition), which you must already own to purchase this upgrade. The base game's description is irrelevant to the purchase of the Deluxe Edition Upgrade. Only the Goodies section shows that it comes with the art book and mp3 soundtrack. Given that the Goodies section typically contains things that are included on top of (in addition to) the main purchase, it's easy to see how someone might be confused by the way this listing is presented, and it's far from what I would call "clear". The art book is a full color, 126 page PDF. It includes backer portraits and is nice if you're into that sort of thing. The soundtrack includes 22 tracks at 320kbps bit rate. These tracks are atmospheric, but for me personally, only a few of them rise to the level of something I might like to listen to outside the game. Overall, I'd recommend to pick this up on sale.

i can't tell what it says in english but in my language it says clearly: description: included extras: soundtrack (mp3) + artbook So atleast for me it is clear what the Deluxe Edition adds to the game

Dear Harebrained Schemes, thanks a lot for this DLC policy. I appreciate selling artworks/music as bonus content so only those who really enjoyed the game and would like to support you – those players have an option to do so in this elegant way. The other players can happily play the game knowing that they are not in game-disadvantage (like in some other games where they did not purchase lootboxes or better starting gear). I love Dragonfall and HongKong and I have happily purchased this DLC:)
