I picked this game up a while ago and wasn't expecting much from it. I finished the game in a few days and enjoyed every minute of it! It has good pacing and enough challenges to keep the player interested.

Yeah, I agree with another post about price. $4.99 max on this title. Wait for a sale. If you are itching for a game like this and want to spend the exact same money for a modern version of this style game play try the Alien Breed series from Team 17. Alien Breed: Impact, Alien Breed 2: Assault and Alien Breed 3: Descent are all $9.99 and modern versions of this style game play with way better graphics. Save your money.

The opening draws you in, it's fun and just when you want to play it all day, you have. Then it's over. Overall, it was a good game, best 3rd person shooter I've played since Crusader. Of course it's no crusader. I wonder what you could do with the built in modding features? Anyway I digress. Would of given it five stars if the AI was a bit better. Even so, if you don't give it a play, you're missing out.

It was really fun until my "respawns" ran out and I lost a couple hours of play time due to a game over. No saving. Just restart the entire (lengthy) level. Come on, this is PC - not Sega Genesis. Gameplay was really good until I decided I'm not going to continue literally wasting my time trying to just reach and see the ending.

This was made by the same company that made Trine (Frozenbyte). That's how I found it. Honestly, the game is only a 3/5 if you play it as is. I modded it to remove the hud and altered the camera to make it more of a 3rd person shooter than a top down shooter. After that, I liked it much more.
