Shadow Warrior Classic Complete

Errrm, I think it's because it's an old game ~ these controls just don't make sense to me. I mean the mouse moves you and aims, ok I get that, I've played Arena and such. But the real kicker is the keyboard layout! The arrow keys are for movement? Surely an option to change this, but no. It assumes I am left handed. Maybe it's just me but it seems very odd and this is my review.

Absolute must for fans of Blood, Duke 3d & Doom. Surprising how few people actually know about this one.

It is a very interesting game. And even if you dislike violence and enjoy level editing, you can switch off violence and play with the well-documented editor. create tanks that fire homing missiles. By the way, the graphic gives the game a strange, dark, and still somehow hilarious athmosphere. For the age of the game, the graphics are very detailed, and there are more open landscapes than in the dirty town-athmosphere of duke nukem. The cruesomeness somehow doesn't take itself serious. it's strange.

They say classics are just like wine. And Shadow Warrior is no exception to the rule. As I created my account today on GOG.com, I first rushed to order this legendary game. What can I say, beside it's a great shooter on the vein of Duke Nukem 3D. Lot of blood, nudism and some oriental touch adds a plus to the gameplay. I'd recommend this to all the lovers of 3D Shotters out there. s.
