Best game in the series since TSE
This game is very fun, that is how i can describe my experience. I played through SS4 2 times and i enjoyed it but it wasn't great, there was lot of problems with it. This game however fixes basically everything that was wrong with SS4. I think its my favorite after TFE and TSE.

Finally a great Serious Sam game
I had kinda given up on the series to be honest but this is a great-playing, fast, funny re-imagining of Serious Sam (or more: a classic FPS i. g.). I saw decino play this and I do not regret buying it after at all. But unlike in his playthrough the game runs absolutely perfectly on my system and it is looking good as well. Usually I am not the biggest open world fan but here it feels good to explore. I don´t mind that it´s staged in Siberia only. Of course it could be longer but man, am I excited to get some of my friends over here for a Serious Sam LAN experience soon! And I really hope that they will expand on the IP in this positive manner again. Please!

Action-packed DLC, super-boring setting!
It's an action-packed DLC that does many things better in terms of gameplay than Serious Sam 4, a game that was mediocre at best (if you could put up with the slog during the 1st half of that game, you're in for some old-school Sam action in the final 3-4 levels). The main problem I have with this DLC is the setting. I understand that Timelock Studio (the guys who worked on Siberian Mayhem) are from Russia, but man... choosing Siberia with all that snow, fog, and boring oil rigs and obsolete structures is the complete opposite of what we've grown to love about Serious Sam - The First Encounter, The Second Encounter, and even Serious Sam 2. It's like Croteam (and everyone else working on the series) forgot where the older SS games took place and are now competing for the most bleak level design. If you can get past that, Siberian Mayhem is probably the closest you can come to reliving the old Serious Sam action from 2 decades ago. The enemy waves are fun and challenging, and there are both new monsters and weapons that are always welcome in a game like Serious Sam.

Fixing Serious Mess 4
I've almost lost hope after finishing SS4. SS3 was too bland for me in comparision with the best First and Second Encounter. Third part has some excellent music though. I cant remember any music track from 4th game, but here just in main menu OST rocks! Boring cinematics have been removed here and whole game dosnt look like made from Talos Principle assets. But anyway, I still prefer ancient temples over modern landscapes...
