AWESOME GAME!

Game is great! Runs flawlessly on Win 10, right out of the gate. Automatically recognized my 2K resolution and had it set to that, and my XBox controller just worked. Super cool art style. Hit boxes are a little wonky, but that's just how this game is. Once you get used to it, it feels alright. This game also has some REALLY neat mechanics, that allow you to collect and transform into, and back out of, different characters, on the fly. It's a really cool idea and is implemented in a super cool way imo. Also for it's time, these graphics are freakin' awesome! With massive sprites, paralax scrolling everywhere, and all kinds of other neat little graphical touches, that along with the vividly colorful and wild art style, give this game an incredibly cool look and and feel. This is essentially, a 2D, side scrolling beat-em-up, but it's dripping with phychedelic style and flair. Definitely give this game a shot, if you're cool enough. ;)

One of the great Arcade-Beat-em-Ups!

"Sengoku" is an Arcade-Brawler with some twists: You shift shapes (to a wolf, a samurai, and a ninja), and that's definitely useful to overcome the many different enemies. This is one of "Sengoku"s big pros, too: The stages and enemies feel very different, with many surprises awaiting you, like chariots in the subway station or a hole in the sky that drops you to a mythical world of yokai. And although "Sengoku" misses one of the abilities I like most in brawlers - throwing enemies around - it has weapons to get which really make a difference in combat. Whole recommendation!

Oh wow, here we go.

I was playing beat em ups since snes came out.. this is the stranges thing I have ever seen. I'd have nothing to say about it, but I have also taken quite a lot of drugs in years past. They don't hold a candle to this adventure right here. This is the strangest damn game I have come across!! Absolutely, if you grew up with all those gloriously wacky beat em ups and see this on sale, pull the trigger. Just to see the most remote depths of that genre.
