It's a fun little time-eater, not very long and never too hard. While it encourages some out-of-the-box thinking (such as damaging your health with one item and then healing with another in order to have to pack neither), its concept ultimately limits itself - by level 30, the game is out of tricks, so you kind of coast to level 40. That said, I enjoyed myself, and it was certainly worth the pittance of a price. Worth getting if the idea of packing an inverntory tight appeals to you.
If you've played re4, you've run into more interesting inventory problems than this game provides. It's a fun little time waster worth $2 though. It's a no-stakes version that you can play while listening to a podcast or whatever. Don't expect there to be any interesting twists or for it to get significantly more difficult than when it started.
It could use a lot more levels (or has it really done it all, not sure), but I played it all on steam and felt the dev earned their couple bucks just for hitting the gimmick.
This game is, for good or for bad, exactly what it looks like - an entire video game based on Resident Evil 4's inventory management. If the idea doesn't sound appealing, the game is probably not for you. If, however, you finished RE4 and still have an urge for some inventory management, the game should be perfect.
This is also one of those rare games where some of the puzzles require that you hurt yourself on purpose. Really didn't expect it when I encountered such a solution for the first time.
