Saints Row 2

I've never really been one to play games like this but I'm glad I gave it a try. Some of the side missions/activities have wonky controls or just not my cup of tea but overall its a good time that has made me a fan of the series (I've bought 3 and 4).

I just wasted $4 to let you guys know the truth behind the big question that everyone is asking..... is this optimized over the steam version. As I own the PS3, Steam and now GOG versions of this game. I do own both versions now and I am sad to report that no there is ABOSULTLY NO DIFFERENCE. If you already own the steam version keep it don't buy this crap unless the DRM bonus is a huge appealing factor to you. I wish I could get my money back that is how upset I am right now. But if you can look past the horriable performance issues. Its a very fun and solid experience. Unfortuntly it runs better on my PS3 then the PC ever will.

I've already beaten the game on the Steam version. Played this one for like an hour and can report that it ain't changed one bit. After that I've compared the GOG and Steam version files, and they're almost identical, save for the exe (changed to remove the Steam requirement) and patch_uncompressed (nothing big performance-wise). The best way to experience this game is still X360, and if you really want to play it on PC, get them mods like GotR, Powertools and all that jazz. Little tinfoil hat - I think the reviews from back in 2015 could be posted by CDP staff themselves to build up some rep - they're responsible for the PC port after all :D

This is total bliss! After trying many different tricks, patches and fixes to get the game running on Steam - this version simply works. No ifs, no buts. I couldn't be happier! And might I add, this is the uncensored version. A rare thing in the part of the world where I live.

I have windows 10 home i buyed this game yesterday and i installed and ready to play and dosent work cause white screen come up and didnt continued so i will not recommend to buy on windows 10 gog has tricked us to buy it so i will say this page is not to trust thanks regard Patick Niranjan
