I honestly feel like writing a review as empty as the game itself because this game inspires me emptiness since I spent my time exploring an empty world devoid of ambience as it features barely any music to put me in the mood and I feel that I just wasted days of my limited lifetime exploring the silence of this empty world which would make Proust proud of this apology to emptiness and convinced me that musics should never be underestimated to create an ambience motivating playing the game because playing a silent game annihilates its fun, period.
You have to be a mindless Blizzard fanboy to believe otherwise. Better graphics, skillls have cooldown (stolen by Blizzard for D3). Worldbuilding? Story? Please. Show me one person who sat through the cutscenes and dialog in Diablo 2.
There’s some fun to be had here but most of it’s dull and poorly designed. If you want an action rpg, you’re better off playing Diablo 2 for the tenth time.
I just don't get it. I read "combination of Dialobo II and Morrowind" on one of the reviews and was oh Jummy! First thing that turned me off, no wide screen support. Then I picked that Magic and Sword-girl since I like being a spellsword. But surely, metal wings as armor? What where they thinking? The main story is as far I can see it meh. And the quests so prototypical. And most of the time its hold-the-mouse-button-game-until-everything-is-dead. This is so much clichés thrown into one thing, I can hardly bare it. I cannot give a full good review, I just conclude somehow there where too many things that just turned me off and made it no where near Diabolo, and regarding drawing a similarity to Morrowind. What was that review thinking? This is nothing like Morrowing.
