Description
There's trouble once again on the mean streets of River City, but this time the boys are in over their heads! In this all-new entry in the legendary beat-'em-up series, hot-blooded heroes Kunio and Riki have been captured, leaving it to their hard-hitting girlfriends, Kyoko and Misako, to serve up some payback. As you punch and kick your way across town - either solo or with a friend in local co-op - you'll gain new skills, chow down on power-ups, wield an assortment of weapons, and unleash an arsenal of combos, throws, and special attacks that will leave the bad guys crying for mama - all in outrageous 16-bit style! River City Girls is as bubbly as the pop song that soundtracks its intro cinematic would lead you to believe. With all-around excellent art direction, you'll be hard-pressed to find a game this year with more style and confidence than River City Girls. While the first few hours are a slog as you level up and learn the ropes, once your moveset grows bigger, any encounter is a blast full of combos, and yes, dabbing. Just be sure to bring a friend along for the ride, as it's much harder to brave alone.

impossible bosses

even the first boss does too much damage. it would have been possible with extra lives but, there are none. the first boss`s drop attack can not be dodged, meaning that she kills the main character every time.

Boring after 5 minutes

This game is like shitting yourself on the sofa. For the first few minutes, it gives you a nice and warm feeling. Then you start stinking like a homeless, have trouble walking to the bathroom, and just want it all to end. Only difference is that filling your pants doesn't cost £25
