Risen 3: Titan Lords - Upgrade to Complete
Description
The Risen 3: Titan Lords - Complete Edition includes the main game and the following DLC: Risen 3 - Adventure Garb, Risen 3 - Fog Island, Risen 3 - Uprising of the Little Guys.
The world has been abandoned by its gods and is scarred from the rampage of the Titans. Humanity is struggling to regain strength and rally its forces. You, however, have more pressing concerns: your own life has been shattered and you must set off to reclaim what is lost amidst the darkness that is spreading throughout the world. Who knows, maybe you'll even save the world at the same time?
Freedom: Freely explore and take on quests at your leisure. Quests will have different ways to tackle them and different outcomes. You can play different parts of the game in whatever order you wish and shape your character individually.
Exploration: Discover quests and characters as you make your way through the diverse world of Risen 3 - Titan Lords. From quaint medieval-style towns to delving deep into the dank dark of mines, to the supernatural shadow world, there is a wealth of possibilities waiting to be explored. You will be able to traverse this world in a variety of ways, from swimming to climbing.
Enhanced combat: Featuring a revamped fighting system, with new animation systems in place that add nuance to the fights.
Magic is back! Crystal magic has returned, bringing with it devastating new combat abilities. Wield elements such as lightning, fire and ice to obliterate your foes, or make use of a multitude of additional magical skills to aid you in exploration - the choice is yours!
Guilds & factions: Choose to ally yourself with one of three distinct guilds, each offering unique skills, armouries and quests allowing you to approach your quest in very different ways. Discover additional factions that exist to bend the balance of political power in the world, each with their own agenda for you to uncover. Be careful which characters you trust – some might ally with you with the intent of fulfilling their own sinister plans.
Simply amazing game, about 47 hours of good story, funny dialogs and open word (practically you can go whenever you want). After Risen 2 I was thinking series Risen end, but 3 part is revival of spirit that you can feel in firs risen and Gothic 2 ..
Risen 3: Titan Lords Enhanced Edition on PS4 is a very fun game with a distinct Fable-esque feel. While the graphics may not be up to par with current-gen standards and are more reminiscent of PS3-era visuals, the gameplay and story make up for it. The dialogues in the game can be hit or miss, with moments of boredom but also instances of humor that will make you chuckle.
One of the highlights of the game is the abundance of quests and loot, providing a satisfying RPG experience. The ship battles also offer a refreshing break from the monotony of land-based combat. It's worth noting that at the beginning of the game, enemies may feel overpowered and could potentially turn off some players. However, if you push forward, the effort pays off with a rewarding experience.
In terms of value for money, Risen 3: Titan Lords Enhanced Edition is a great deal, with frequent sales offering the game at a low price of around $3 to $5. Overall, despite some flaws in graphics and dialogues, Risen 3: Titan Lords Enhanced Edition delivers an enjoyable RPG experience with its engaging gameplay, quests, and unique ship battles, making it a worthwhile purchase for fans of the genre, especially when available at a discounted price.
Every next Risen game is worse than previous. First had very strong Gothic charm. Second was some pirate-story, and third... It is playable, but not very interesting. I don't want to replay first 2 games but they are left good memories. Third one - I barely finished it. Thing for one time.
I really enjoyed this game. I played it for a few weeks off and on and although some reviewers on Youtube (like Angry Joe) thought it had problems, I was either able to easily overlook them, or (more frequently!) didn't even encounter them! There story is cool, but to me this wasn't what kept bringing me back. It kind of was forgettable overall (and I didn't finish the game so it very well might get really gripping later on). What really held my attention was sub-stories, gameplay, and even just the overall atmosphere of Risen 3. I really liked the indigenous group that you could decide to align with, and ended up doing as many quests with them as I could!
But, as fun as these quests and things were, there were negatives about this game. The biggest one I can think of off the top of my head is how the quests are structured (not the stories themselves but the literal quests). I started noticing that I was having trouble completing quests because in order to finish one I would have to start another. And in order to finish that one, I would have to start another. And in order to finish that one, I would have to start another... You get where I'm going with this. Although not EVERY quest panned out this way, a large percentage did, and this not only was frustrating to people with small amounts of free-time, but also just simply confusing. I think at one point I had 5 or 6 quests that all were "linked" to each other!
I guess in the end I still highly enjoyed this game when I played it (I have an xbox one and Risen 3 isn't backwards compatible yet), and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a swordfighting game (with some guns) that can be unforgiving at times. It's also damn beautiful!
A combination of pirate-y-slash-teh-about-all gamefor me it's almost perfect except ( maybe I dont't kblnow how to play it well ) for about each time I hit an enemy, I must roll to the sides to be able to hit it again without being hit back.. it's very annoying but except this, it's almost perfect.
Graphics are ok, the fact that you can swim, again is wow..the game got to me.
Bought it at offer: 5€ and for the price, it's perfect
