You are part of an elite group of operatives called HUNT (High-risk United Nations Taskforce), and you must stop a maniac cult leader from killing millions of people. The heart is multiplayer, forgot single
Never understood single player only to fullfill as at times pure multiplayer games didn't sell due lack of network connection . the modem days. BUT the multiplayer, woohaa, Soo much fun, god mode (lol a TRUE good mode) or WUF.... Drunk missile & Firewall missile, so many ways to beat up buddies (or get beaten)

Fantastic! A Classic!
I love this game, from the great MIDI soundtrack ("Run Like Hell" i'll never forget), through the gib-tastic graphics, insane puzzles, crazy weaponry, and fun-to-beat bosses (they're never irritating) it's a classic If GOG get's hold of the very limited "Deluxe" edition of RoTT then i'll buy it immediately as it adds new enemies (including female ones; sadly cut from this version) and much more. I could never grab a copy at the time :(

ROTT
ROTT is definately worth trying, you can also download new graphics and multiplayer compatibility at his site i found :) http://www.riseofthetriad.dk/ The site might not be 100% working at the moment, but thats because the administrator is moving his domain to this new adress.
