First played this way back when it released on ps4 and its as good as I remembered it. If you like the 2013 reboot then you'll like this one. A couple things to note though.
DX12 is mandatory otherwise you'll get weird dips in performance in some of the more open areas.
Some achievements are indeed bugged. I've tried deleting profile.dat in the saves for the game and deleting the database file Galaxy uses to log achievements but that fix doesn't seem to work for this game.
Better than SotTR in my opinion, perhaps less grindy. Builds up the world of Tomb Raider a bit more, adds more detail. Lacks NG+ though. I know about chapter select, but that is not the same feeling.
All-in-all enjoyable game.
For how old this game is it plays wonderfully and Looks great. My system isn't very powerful but it can run at around 84 fps with directx on Highly recommended for the price!
