You’ll meet a variety of very familiar characters, including a certain time-travelling scientist, engage in various modes of gameplay such as stealth, platforming, early coin-ops, and even encounter radioactive plumbers who await with eager anticipation their chance to murder and masticate you, The Player! But, wait, there’s more! Stomp on hapless pedestrians like they are Goombas and claim your coin. I suppose you had to be there.
Now featuring deadnames, the disgraced, and the irrelevant, Retro City Rampage is a relic of a bygone era pining after a bygone era. Also Featuring: • References to TV shows that were 30 years old when this game came out. • The same thing, but for video games. • The same thing, but for movies. • A thinly veiled GTA pastiche set in the 80s, which itself is a reference to the original two GTA titles. • A bunch of irreverent humor that never manages to stick the landing. • Bad game design that was inexcusable in the 80s, and was still inexcusable when the game released, but it's a "reference" now. • Irritating sound design including high pitch pings, screeches, and worse. • Inexplicable injokes of internet culture so lost to time as to appear as original jokes. • Challenges which exist to suck the fun out of the game, by being about absurd tedium rather than actual challenge. • A final boss that takes everything you've learned about the game and throws it out the window entirely. It plays somewhat competently, but has absolutely nothing to offer on its own, and does nothing to stand out if you aren't nostalgic for what it is nostalgic for.

Just a Try'n'die
Good OST and some very fun jokes but this is just try'n'die with a bad gameplay. The worst is the final boss. This is a very bad game.

I had GTA2 and GTA London. They are betterI had GTA2 and GTA London. They are better in story, controls ... almoust everything.
