Repella Fella DEMO is available here

A spiritual successor to the hit Flash series, 'Ray', Repella Fella is comedy-drama set in a future, post-apocalyptic Australia. This choose your own adventure tells the story of 3 main characters as they work towards a better life. How they reach that life is up to you. Shoot, stab, lie or maim your way through each problem as it presents itself. Lend a hand or chop one off, the choice is yours.

  • An animated epic: 6+ hours of cinematic gameplay hand-crafted by 1 individual
  • Designed with Replayability in mind - with 3+ approaches & outcomes to every problem
  • A full voice cast, with over 90 talented actors
  • Authentically Australian - no overdone accents or dusty, barren wastelands
  • A labor of love, 6+ years in the making

  • Prepare yourself for a strange new world

It's been a long time. 15 years... was it? I have absolutely no idea what's waiting for me out there. What if it's all... gone? I can't worry about that now, the room will start flooding soon. Better pack my things.

It was 1968. I don't know what happened exactly. A siren was wailing and the call I was on had been cut short. Soon after, there was a bright light followed by a deep rumble... it echoed through my entire body. Been stuck in here ever since.

I can almost see the surface now. I can't wait to feel the sun on my skin again. Maybe... just maybe... everything will be like it was?

    Yeah, right.

    Welcome back, mate

Explore weird and wonderful locations scattered throughout Australia. From outposts resembling something from a history book, to cities where you could... swear... you... saw... a car without wheels?

Thankfully, the world still seems familiar enough. But something's... off. The wildlife's... different. And what's with all of these armed fellas runnin' around the place? They're definitely new! If you thought Australia was a dangerous place the last time you saw it, you ain't seen nothin' yet.

Wanna get a better idea of how things work? Try to find a settlement and talk to some locals. Walk around and get feel for the place. Lend a hand or chop one off, the choice is yours.

How do I play the game?

The game consists of either making choices during cinematics or exploring interactive areas to progress through the game.

There are various locations where you can walk around, chat to people, make story based choices, discover multiple subplots, find reading materials, listen to audio cassettes and complete small quests. Many objects can be interacted with, and there are numerous items you can find to use in your adventures.

One book in the game contains over 120 pages full of information, illustrations and photos.

It's not possible to see all of the content in any one playthrough. You will need to play the game at least 3 times to see the majority of the game's content.

    A great adventure game!

I didn't know what to expect from this game, and it was reminiscing of the Flash games that used to be popular back in the day. However, the game lore is so elaborated that the game comes with an encyclopedia to cover it. It makes efficient use of South Park-like graphics, with plenty of animations, locations, and characters to interact with. The story is engaging, with exotic locations, well-written dialogs, and some wacky options to choose. So wacky that you will want to save and choose something else to see what happens. Most situations have multiple solutions, where they are all satisfying on their own right. The basic gameplay is like watching a movie, and from time to time we have to make a choice. As opposed to other games out there, choices you make will have consequences - some immediate, and some much later in the game. A positive side is that it doesn't pressure or judge your actions, so you can play anyway you like. I have finished the game in about 9 hours, and at no time I was bored. So much that I finished the game in 2 seats - I couldn't stop playing. If you like South Park, chances are you will like this.

    Hilarious point 'n click

Fantastic little point and click story game. I got it from a bundle and didn't expect much of it, but after 5 minutes in it I was hooked and had to do a full playthrough.

Well designed and full of content

Visual, sound and game play are all very well designed, it's a pleasure to experience. Everything is voice acted, full of content with complicated stories. Not related to the game itself: the dev is very worth to support. This game takes 6 years to develop and funded by selling his belongings. The dev even created a pirated version with very funny in-game intro (check it out on youtube.) He is just happy people are playing his game. This in itself is an awesome real life story and worth to be part of.

    Impressive Musics and Plot Experience

A simple but fantasy story game, not a boring point&click game, try this even if you have only a little interests in p&c games! The musics are awesome, game running smooth. Full support for mouse and keyboard.

Hilarious, Grim, Sad, It Does It All

Repella Fella really surprised me. I went into the demo not really having much expectations. It blew me away so much I went and bought the full game. It has fantastic humour. It can also be really grim and I loved that. It gives you many choices throughout and often times those choices had consequences I had not really thought about much. More than a few times I was surprised just how well thought out some sequences were in terms of taking into account what would really happen. The story itself is fairly well done. It throws a lot at you in terms of factions, characters, lore, etc but it also gives you a really detailed in game guide to all of it. The lockpick mini game is a decent although it would have been nice to have as way of figuring out which tumbler to try next without guessing. The various death scenes you can encounter for your character were inventive, hilarious, and didn’t penalize you too much. I didn’t like how you pretty much had to have subtitles on but they didn’t fully do their job. With subtitles off you miss all of the foreign language spoken but with them on it only translates some of them with others only saying “foreign language” and on top of that you also now have to see all of the English spoken that I didn’t need or want. I thought the hacking mini game was mixed as well. It has a decent premise but it was really easily to get penalized by picking the wrong colour too early with no way of knowing beforehand. The music and voice acting were both well done. I thought that while the story was perfectly setup for a sequel at the same time this game ends just as things were getting really interesting. I had no idea the story was going to be split up like this going in and I feel it should be called “episode 1” as there is little in the way of any conclusion to it. The graphics had great style and it was like watching a cartoon that I had more control over.
