A week from a Redneck's life:
Deer Diary:
Munday: Well, we crash-landed that UFO in the desert and Bubba says he wants to go home. Heck, I don't blame him 'cause there ain't no place like Hickston. But according to my map, we're gonna have to blast our way through jack o' lope farms and a riverboa...
Munday: Well, we crash-landed that UFO in the desert and Bubba says he wants to go home. Heck, I don't blame him 'cause there ain't no place like Hickston. But according to my map, we're gonna have to blast our way through jack o' lope farms and a riverboat as well as a brothel (Bubba can't wait) 'fore we get home again.
Toosday: Met new folks like Daisy Mae (she's purty). Bikers, pigs, cows and jack o' lopes. I think I even saw the King at the Slurp n' Burp.
Winsday: Yeehaw! Got to joyride in a Swamp Buggy and a motorcycle that were both armed to the teeth. I hope those peoples I ran over will be alrite. I still got a darn jack 'o lope stuck in the grill though.
Thersday: New ways to destroy stuff! I found over 10 weapons like a crossbow that shoots dynamite-loaded chickens and a slingblade. Mmmm-Hmm!
Fri-day: Sure am hungry! I just need some good ol' redneck powerups like pork rinds, cow pies and some of my granpappy's moonshine!
Saterday: Boy I sure so like those toe tapping tunes by that good ol' boy Mojo Nixon.
Sunday: Heck! With all the new places we been, I sure wish my kinfolk could've come along for the ride!
Want to experience more than just a week? Then take a dip into the Redneck's world of floating whiskey and widespread pork rinds. The crazy adventure continues through Redneck Rampage, Redneck Rampage Rides Again: Arkansas and Redneck Rampage: Suckin' Grits on Route 66. Now all three games bundled together.
But wait, there's more! For those curious about the Redneck language you can download and install "Cuss Pack" add-on (follow the readme.txt file for instructions).

Of all the build engine games I have play, I consider Redneck rampage the lowest of them all.
But all in all, it's a fine game, on one hand got some humor, got some action, some weapon variety and some good levels (too few, however).
On the other, most levels are confused, there are too few kinds of enemies and, although the soundtrack is great, it gets repetitive after some time, just like the whole game actually.
So, I would actually recommend it only for nostalgia gamers or fan of retrò gaming.
Instead If you want to enter the world of the doom-like games, you can still play it and have some fun, but there are way better titles out there.
This FPS was one of my favorite games when I was growing up as a teen in the mid 90's. It takes redneck jokes to a new extreme and the cuss pack that's added with this collection makes it truly, wild and hilarious FPS.
You know that something is seriously wrong with your FPS if it needs a walkthrough.
Redneck Rampage could be a really exciting, unique, fast paced FPS with an excellent soundtrack but the flow of the game is completely destroyed by the level design since it could take hours to figure out where the next switch or key is. This is true for the expansion packs as well.
I have completed the game but I don't think that I will ever play it again (or its expansions).
Note that in the GOG version I could not control the volume of the CD audio ingame.
Redneck Rampage is a fantastic game. The game itself runs on the build engine, which is what Duke Nukem 3D was developed on. Like Duke, RR features maze like, atmospheric levels with a theme-correct soundtrack and fitting one-liners. This game is very hard and sometimes for the wrong reasons but the game itself is also a blast and fits the redneck theme perfectly ('specially if yous gon' use that there cuss pack!)
Redneck Rampage as a... useless story and thankfully, it's not needed! Just grab yer' scatter gun and shoot yous some redneck clones while listening to armadillo stompin', truck drivin', greasy chip guzzlin' tunes.
The levels are maze like but are still solve-able. Most of the environments are unique to one-another and offer a great deal of interact-ability, like Duke Nukem.
While is price is steep, sorry GOG, the game is well worth 6 dollars if you can get it at that price!
While i whole-heartedly recommend this game, unless you love build engine games, wait for a sale.
This game, again, is also very hard. Even on medium. --- No wusses!
