Description
Half a century after the Red Faction resistance and their Marauder allies freed Mars from the brutal Earth Defense Force, harmony on Mars is again threatened but this time by a lethal force shrouded in mystery.

When the massive Terraformer that supplies Mars with its Earth-like air and weather is destroyed, the atmosphere turns to chaos, super-tornados and lightning storms engulf the planet. To survive, the Colonists flee to the underground mines and build a network of habitable caves.

Five years later, Darius Mason, grandson of Martian Revolution heroes Alec Mason and Samanya, runs a lucrative business from Bastion, underground hub of Colonist activity. Mining, scavenging, mercenary work--if the job is dangerous, Darius is your man. Few sane people now venture to the ravaged surface, aside from contractors like Darius and the smugglers who run goods between the settlements.

I bought it recently, it played well untill "plt_boot_warning" problem, and now i cant play the game.

Worth a try, let down at the time.

I got this game at release because of how much I enjoyed Guerilla, and this game has one of my most favorite weapons in any game, namely the magnet gun, it's still satisfying to bring down a building on top of an enemy alien. I think as it's own game, this isn't too bad, a run of the mill action game with intereting mechanics. But as a sequel to Red Faction Guerilla, it's a step down for sure.

horrible gameplay

I know it's an oldie, but it's really sucky the way it behaves... Graphics bobbling with some fake auto-align perspective, extremly slow conto ofl a vehicle but very easy to flip it. Many tasks are just too hard even on easiest level and time trial runs are so tight with time that you'll finish them maybe in the last second and fail 10x before that. Helping guerillas do almost nothing and you get hammered by EDF which keep popping up even in 'liberated' locations - where from? In general very frustrating even at the beginning of the game so - a big no-no.
