Rage of Mages

God this game is frustrating, the AI pathing and controls haven't aged well. It's taken me almost a year to come back to this game after finishing an entire level only to find out that a mage that has a MANDATORY SPELL TO CONTINUE didn't spawn in, that's after many different attempts to clear the map, that doesn't require skill. Don't let yourself be lulled into the belief that strategy wins this game, it's 100% dumb luck and save spamming. Then follow that up with a map where you have to kill a troll to let friendlies out (you don't know that in advance), and god forbid you use fire wall, because those allies are now enemies, and that troll was already difficult to kill in the first place. Guess I'll wait another year before I try to complete this level, because my blood pressure has spiked to a level of unhealthy that borderlines on suicidal if I considered continuing. Save your money, and just buy a hammer to bash your own skull in with, it'll at least do what the fuck you want it do.

It does not start-up for me. Downloaded both via GOG Galaxy and installer and neither worked. Please fix.
