Terrible, slip-shod work

This is a titular guide only, with the loosest guidelines and poor information. If you've owned the old printed guides from Spiderweb, this would be about 1/4 the length/size and full of vague suggestions. It comes off as a lazy cash-in on a previously trusted product. If you don't want to put the time in, just don't release it. Waste of ten bucks, in this case. Sadly, it is in keeping with the overall trend from the publisher.
