Really Great Little Game
Fun puzzles and a pretty whimsical (and sometimes quite creepy) story. The game has a lovely artstyle and enjoyable voice acting. Strong recommendation from me!

A quirky little game, but a little short
Puzzle Agent is a game similar to the Professor Layton series - you have a story which involves a mission of some sort, and you click around areas to talk to people and progress the plot. In order to do so however, you have to do various different types of puzzles which crop up from time to time. Puzzle Agent is a whimsical little story which good voice acting and a very cartoonish like plot, but it's still enjoyable all the same and proof that games don't need to take themselves seriously to be enjoyable. The puzzles themselves are generally not too hard - they are of the logical type that you would see in Professor Layton, but it never gets too complex. Recommended if you want a chill puzzle game.

Short, sweet, and Layton-y
I've grown to like charming little games you can go through in a cozy afternoon, and Puzzle Agent is this in spades. My one true measure of puzzle games, the Number of Puzzles I Had Beef With (patent pending) stands at only one optional puzzle. Everything else was a delightful experience. Highly recommended!

Nice game with small flaws
The frankly bizarre story of FBI Puzzle Division agent tackling vital for national security case of an "incident" in a erasers factory turns more The X-Files plot at some point. And although some people say it lacks ending, I feel that the kind of (not so much) unexpected conclusion is a very fitting, open ending consistent with slightly absurd, mysterious tone of the game. The puzzles are fine, usually something between trivial and average. But there were some stumpers, making you scratch your head and wonder, how the hell to solve this. But overall, I wouldn't say no top some more puzzles. Graphics and audio are fine. I encountered 2 bugs. Sometimes the scrollbar for the list of cases wouldn't show up, but the list could be scrolled. And the game just wouldn't start without any error messages until I unplugged my gamepad and shifter.

Pretty good!
Puzzle Agent has a cool art style, great voice acting, and an interesting story mixed with humour. Some of the puzzles are basic while others are pretty difficult (although I felt it was the lack of clarity in explaining them that was the biggest obstacle). A very fun game worth your time.
