The story is the main selling point and it does not disappoint; laugh out loud funny in many places and enough chuckles to keep you wanting more. The level design is also second to none and diverse to the point the basically every single level is unique in terms of look, feel, and mechanics. The art style remains a constant while still being very fitting of the diverse levels while the graphics themselves certainly show their age. Lastly, the camera, and to a lesser extent the controls, sometimes go wonky and make the platforming and targeting unnecessarily difficult. This criticism is, in my opinion, not enough to stay away from the game; you can get by fine with 1-2 sticking points not being enough to sour the experience as a whole. The linux version stuttered to the point of not being playable, but the windows version via proton worked mostly fine. The gamepad controls wouldn't work so every time I launched I would have to use keyboard/mouse to "restore defaults" for the controls, then it was perfect.
