Hey all,
This game is amazing. It is the most violent game to have been bestowed upon mankind. That is if you decide you are annoyed enough with sumone and would like to just end their life. As this game technically is only as violent as you are. Well at least the original is, not the expansion I guess its more linear.
The multiplayer is great as well. You have anything from Snatch, Grab, Deathmatch, to Team Deathmatch and even with those there are custom ones via mutators for admins to use.
Here is url to a video I made showing off gameplay to the singleplayer portion of Postal 2: Share the Pain.

This game was actually fun for a while, as there were virtually no limits for what you can do around town, but when it boils down to it, the violence itself isn't enough to keep some players like myself entertained. A more complex story would have been great, but considering that this game was primarily designed on the basis of the no boundaries, do as you please philosophy, I can forgive that. I guess this game isn't for me, but I'm pretty sure this would work for some people who prefer only over-the-top violence with a hint of story, otherwise I'd play something else.
Postal 2 is an ultra-violent first person perspective open world shooter with many unique gameplay elements.
Such elements include:
Urinating freely (Press R [default])
Kicking (Press Q [default])
Using cats as weapon buffs (You shove the barrel of either the shotgun or the Assault Rifle up it's rectum and after 9 shots it shoots off like a bottle rocket and explodes when it hits a person causing lots of damage)
Gasoline Canister (Start fires like you have the common sense of a monkey with nuke launch codes)
The game takes place in a town called "Paradise, Arizona" which is this very strange town with some very strange folk. You complete errands or you screw around, later in the week you unlock more areas to explore. It gets weirder, you can contract an STD and urination is buffed and people are more likely to vomit, but you get damaged when you urinate. So you go to the clinic and urinate into a robot and he gives you meds to cure it, now it's back to normal.
There's some secrets and easter eggs in this game, and some really advanced gameplay mechanics, way ahead of it's time.
You can urinate on a doughnut after you throw it on the ground and when a cop goes over to eat it he will vomit.
NPCs would go about their day, it's like Radiant AI if it were more basic and trimmed down, a mod called "A Week in Paradise" adds to this and NPCs would be in phone conversations.
This game is just a blast to play. Sure the graphics suck and the combat isn't thrilling but the humor is amazing.
You play as the postal dude and your goal is to do daily chores for five days without dying. Every chore starts out as an innocent job but quite quickly you'll encounter angry, nasty people that are out to make your day worse. Will you take the abuse or decapitate everyone in the room with a shovel? The choice is yours. Stand in line at the bank or rob it?
Play it for the humor, nothing else.
