PixelJunk Monsters HD

For anyone not liking this game, you obviously didn't play in local coop with Xbox controllers, with a best buddy or the love of your life, and I pity you. This game has filled my life with so much fun, and I finally unlocked Hardcore mode. It taught me how to communicate with my girlfriend of the time, and now we are married. I would give it six stars but this website is too traditional for that. Please, pixeljunk, make a sequel and I will name my first-born son Monsters HD. Long may you live and your descendants as plenty as the star in the desert sky. Now buy the game.

This game is an empty shell of a game. It's more of an experiment of "Will people buy this crap? We can use this information for future tests". The Good: * Ehmmm... Can't think of any good points. The Bad: * Boring, Simple. ugly and annoying and like some people said in their reviews - Soulless - expirience. * Any free tower defence game on mobile beats this mess of a game 10 times over. The Ugly: * The music - It is a loop of what, 5 short parts? And it never stops, never changes or evolved and worse of all is the 'Ticking' noise that you constantly get if you stand near a tower in order to give it an exp boost... OMG Why?!?

I am easy to please when it comes to TD games, Ive played and finished stacks of them on PC and android, it just feels to limited and the way the main character runs around - makes the game is cumbersome and unintuitive and after a while - tiring... thumbs down... And all the five star ratings made me wonder who are these reviewers anyway? It is pixel junk! At least I got it on a special...

Games are supposed to focus on fun. That's exactly what this game does, and it does it really well. It's fast paced, requires thinking and strategy, but simple enough to make it extremely enjoyable.

I have played a lot of tower defense games in my time, and this is easily one of the best! I should mention that it is quite a lot harder than games like Plants vs Zombies, but it offers a lot of great weapons and levels, and the graphics are amazing! Highly recommended to all gamers!
