Annoying Glitch
I love playing this game but a few minutes into it the game makes all of your crew angry and all of your cannon disappear. I know if you go too long without dividing plunder your crew gets unhappy but that is not the issue. One of my restarts the crew dumped all of my cannon before I went into my first battle. GOG please fix!!

Great series of games needs a reboots
I played the original and all the sequels...loved them all my first was on the old C64. The game should be remade using the current ACreed Black flag engine...The ship to ship combat perhaps with an online Pirate vs pirate mode or have it in a MMO style would be Amazing.

Loved this game as a child
I played it on my Apple IIe. When the IIGS (grahics and sound) came out it was a hard decision. At the time the PC version of the game with it's limited 4 color (CGA) or 15 color EGA. Graphics made the game hideous to play one PC. If they ported it from the apple IIGS which had the same great CPU used in the SNES butwith much better sound because of ther Ensoniq sound chip, it would make my day. I a holding back buying this to see what sort of version this is.
