Oxenfree

I got this for free in a giveaway. Excellent game, I highly recomend it. It's a choose your path game that doesn't tear your sole apart at every fork, and as long as you do what you feel it right, everything will turn out okay.

If you're a gamer that enjoys a good story (and a good scare) and doesn't have to be shooting things every 5 seconds, do yourself a favor and check out Oxenfree. It's a short (my first play thru took less than 6 hours), indie video game that excels at sucking you in. Oxenfree is one of the select few games I turned around and played again right after beating it. Without giving too much away the second playthru doesn't change as much as I'd have liked; tho the effects you have on the story do change. Again keeping this as spoiler free as possible, I'd compare it to a choose your own adventure book with multiple endings. The path to the endings doesn't vary enough to make it a "perfect" game; but there are subtle changes and more story revealed on the 2nd play through that make it worth your time. That being said, if you love adventure style games and a good jump scare, make sure you check out Oxenfree!

It's a very involving story! You may complete very fast though! If you are patient you can play it again and again and see great difference in the story. I highly recommend it.

It is a nice story horror games but not that scary cuz nothing threatening the characters. But it's okay, story is the selling point with a spicy horror aspect. It is nice, but i'm too lazy to play the second time though. Gonna watch the other ending on Youtube. :D

Pretty good, memorable experience. Its a walking/talking game, so don't expect any revolutionary gameplay. A nice mostly relaxing game (but why did they have to have so many cheap jumpscares....). Other than the cheesy jumpscares my only critique is there is too much backtracking to find little items.
