Not Ready For Prime Time
Tried the demo. Had a lot of trouble following the tutorial instructions. Got stuck for 5 mins once trying to do what it wanted me to do. All the complexity of a real space station. Intertface is too complicated.

Early Alpha
As another reviewer comments, the demo is still an alpha. There are lots of little UI behaviors that are not common in games, and not well tutorialized, but I did manage to complete the demo scenario on my first go without any problems. Weaving the different modes together was an interesting and fun challenge, the first time through. However, just because the demo is good (even if it's a little rough) does not necessarily mean that the game will be good. I'm going to give the Demo 4 stars and caveat that if there are only two or three missions like that demo, it will feel incredibly short. (It took me several hours, with interruptions) to finish the demo. So I cannot say for certain that it wouldn't take much less time playing subsequent missions or even that same demo mission again (without interruptions, and with no learning curve interfering with play.) There's this whole "contract" mechanic that is how you fund your expenses. You take contracts (if you have the modules to do the contract) and then wait. But the completing the contract part was not tutorialized at all, so if that's what the other person got stuck on... then I also got stuck on that (maybe 90-120 seconds though.) I'll be keeping an eye out for the finished product.
