Description
Olija is a game about Faraday's quest, a man shipwrecked then trapped in the mysterious country of Terraphage. Armed with a legendary harpoon, he and other castaways try to leave this hostile country to return to their homelands.


Through adventurous exploration, narration and razor sharp combat, the player will discover a strange world and its inhabitants, including Olija, an enigmatic lady that Faraday finds himself bound to over time. Inspired by swashbuckling tales and cinematic adventure games, Olija is a story about facing the unknown in adversity.

Olija is a unique, intriguing adventure that brings players to a strange land. It isn't long but its length is enough. The visuals and atmosphere are first-rate, as are the combat and level design. All of that makes it an easy game to recommend.

A little gem

I didn't expect this pixel-art (very simple in appearence) to convey so much. In this game everything is to be taken, nothing is to be thrown away. The universe, atmosphere, music, sound design, cryptic narration... <3 The gameplay is very effective and renews itself well. Each level brings a new feature of gameplay, an engaging exploration, an interesting boss fight or even an snippet of narration. Worth it!

Charming an stylish action platformer

A stylish action platformer with an emotional core. The rough pixel graphics might not appeal to everyone, but they possess a certain lightness that is hard to describe. I agree with the praise from other reviewers and would also like to highlight the excellent soundtrack!

Dissonance ludonarrative

The game is technically well done but it seems to me they didn't focus on the combat as they should, you're character is fast af when all the enemies are dumb and slow, it brakes the experience.
