Great game to go back to once in a while. It is a struggle to play as Warrior since it doesn't have much range attacks since range enemies (especially mage) run like crazy.

Nice trip down memory lane for me. Game runs great if you get the cnc-ddraw addon. Google it. A couple of other solutions are available as well.

First of all, I played this on Windows 11 and it works fine. You have to get it working by putting the game.exe in Windows 95 compatibility mode. If you don't do this, you will get stuck on the menu screen, which may or may not also flicker. Now that we got that out of the way. This game is old. I remember playing this 25 years ago, but I still love it. It's a straigt forward Action RPG with 3 different classes. Depending on which class you play, your story will be slightly different and the play style will also vary. So you can play this game at least 3 times. The main objectives remain pretty much the same though. The controls are nice, but inventory management can be a bit tedious. It is still a fun game to play and I do recommend it. You can be done in around 7 hours per class (if you explore every nook and cranny)

Is not working on my Win10, help!

I thought the whole point of buying games on GOG is that they took old games and made them work on modern PCs so you wouldn't have to go through the annoyance of troubleshooting broken, unsupported games. Imagine my joy when a GOG game is broken and I have to go hunting down a solution on the forums. Why did I even bother buying this when I could have just downloaded it form an abandonware website if I wanted to patch it myself? And on top of that GOG now has the shamelessness to beg for money to fund "game preservation".
