No Man's Sky: Voyagers update is here!

Inspired by the adventure and imagination that we love from classic science-fiction, No Man's Sky presents you with a galaxy to explore, filled with unique planets and lifeforms, and constant danger and action.

In No Man's Sky, every star is the light of a distant sun, each orbited by planets filled with life, and you can go to any of them you choose. Fly smoothly from deep space to planetary surfaces, with no loading screens, and no limits. In this infinite procedurally generated universe, you'll discover places and creatures that no other players have seen before - and perhaps never will again.

Now including...

Play with all major updates since launch: Foundation, Pathfinder, Atlas Rises, NEXT, The Abyss, Visions, the 2.0 BEYOND update, Synthesis, Living Ship, Exo Mech, Desolation and the 3.0 update, ORIGINS, Next Generation, Companions, Expeditions, Prisms, Frontiers, Sentinel, Outlaws, Endurance, Waypoint (4.0), Fractal, Interceptor, Echoes, Omega, Orbital, Worlds Part I (5.0), Worlds Part II, Relics, Beacon and VOYAGERS (6.0).

And now with added Cross-Save! No Man’s Sky now supports Cross-Play and Cross-Save between a huge number of platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, Xbox One and Series X/S, Game Pass, GOG, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, PlayStation VR 1 & 2 and PCVR.

Available for PC and Mac (see recommended and minimum specs for details).

An epic voyage to the centre of a shared universe awaits, allowing you to explore, trade, fight and survive alone or with friends.

Embark on an epic voyage

At the centre of the galaxy lies an irresistible pulse which draws you on a journey towards it to learn the true nature of the cosmos. But, facing hostile creatures and fierce pirates, you'll know that death comes at a cost, and survival will be down to the choices you make over how you upgrade your ship, your weapon and suit.

Find your own destiny

Your voyage through No Man's Sky is up to you. Will you be a fighter, preying on the weak and taking their riches, or taking out pirates for their bounties? Power is yours if you upgrade your ship for speed and weaponry.

Or a trader? Find rich resources on forgotten worlds and exploit them for the highest prices. Invest in more cargo space and you'll reap huge rewards.

Or perhaps an explorer? Go beyond the known frontier and discover places and things that no one has ever seen before. Upgrade your engines to jump ever farther, and strengthen your suit for survival in toxic environments that would kill the unwary.

Share your journey

The galaxy is a living, breathing place. Trade convoys travel between stars, factions vie for territory, pirates hunt the unwary, and the police are ever watching. Every other player lives in the same galaxy, and you can choose to share your discoveries with them on a map that spans known space. Perhaps you will see the results of their actions as well as your own...

Absolute trash.

Guys, seriously, the game is advertising falsely. Those screenshots are staged, and do not represent the game at all. There are no faction warfare battles, there is no overall complexity. If you reach the center it warps you back to the start. If you learn all the langauges you find out most of the aliens speak gibberish. It's a half assed, poorly made money grab. Do not buy this product. Ever. Do not support Hello Games further. -Bought on steam near release.

HG treats GOG users as second class.

Hello Games releases NEXT with multiplayer for everyone, including Steam, consoles and so on, but GOG users need to have "patience" because... it'll come. Yeah, sorry, but no release date tough, so this mean maybe next month, year, or never (of course). It's just like a lootbox, maybe you get something, maybe not, if you have the money, you can gamble. TBH I couldn't expect less from them, ever since their game's "successfully" launch. They need to screw up at something. And they did.

DO NOT BUY ON GOG

Multiplayer does NOT work - that also means NO Community events and missions! They are looking at "later" but there is no commited date. Also NO CROSSPLAY with Steam, so even if GOG gets Multiplayer support (which i doubt, they also promised it on the update before (Atlas rises) and never delivered on it.) you will NOT be able to play with Steam players - the GOG universe will problably be very empty!

Great game. Rough launch.

The short version: If you like space games, sandbox games, arcadey games and have craved for a truly limitless exploration game, get it now at 60$. If at least one of the above isn't true, then wait at least a month until bugs and performance have been dealt with. Long version: + This is everything you'd want in a space exploration game. You can seamlessly fly to any planet, anywhere and they are really planet-sized. Planets, animals and plants are very varied and this is going to be THE game for sharing screenshots. - Not everything is as varied as it should be. Buildings, space stations and alien encounters get repetitive pretty quickly, + The game loop and pacing are masterfully done: You'll be slowly crawling towards the center of the galaxy, or following an alternate path (or just free roaming if that's your cup of tea), all the while upgrading a ton of stuff (weapon, suit, spaceship) and enjoying the lore and weird animals/plants you come across. - While it is highly arcadey, there's not really much of a story or hand-holding to be found. You need to be a sandbox-loving dude/dudette to enjoy this game. - The game is grindey, as in you'll be spending looooots of time mining stuff, managing your inventory and selling/buying/crafting etc. + It's leaps and bounds better than the grinding in other games (for example elite dangerous), mainly because everything is done fast and in a streamlined way. No spreadsheets, no looking up wikis and no trying to out-grind other players here. + You can name everything you've discovered first and unlike other games that give you that pleasure, you'll have plenty to discover even as a casual player. There's simply so many planets (18 quintillion) that you're almost guaranteed to be the first everywhere you go. - If you come across other players' discoveries, you're 99% guaranteed to see an immature or foreign name... - There are bugs and performance issues right now. Ranging from little things, like being randomly teleported to space, all the way up to crashes and low fps on decent pc systems. + The developers have shown dedication and have already issued a (day 0) patch, experimental fixes and provide tips.
