Super fun
The AI is about as dumb as LifeLover but still fun. For under $3 can't go wrong.

Last update changed everything
A fast-paced roguelike where you die a lot and fast. You mix and match body parts to create units, then send out troops of dead, who are acting on their own. You can't give them orders, and may only have direct control of one at a time. Meanwhile your enemy rushes your custles, so you must destroy their lairs before they destroy you. Your undead hordes aren't the brightest candle on the cake though, and so you constantly feel like herding cats--with zero sense of teamwork--making it challenging to keep your castle from being overrun. And that is fun for a while. There is no way to beat the game on your first couple tries and if a couple hours is all you want, you don't care to see the finale, and don't need to see the credits roll, you may keep it that way. Except the game has another side as well: After a few dozen "just one more round"s, you upgrade far enough that you eventurally start the game with the best gear and--knowing what you are doing--have a pretty good chance to win the game... And here comes the caveat: To do so, you must clear the map. And that takes... 6-10 hours, with no way to safe your progress and no option to come back later, you HAVE to finish it in one sitting or not at all. If this is something you may want: be warned. The latest update was also a big step forward, giving you a little more control over your "pet shop", you are now able tell your troops to "hold position" at the castle, AND it the made the enemy more clever as well. Your oppenents received major changes in behavior, closing an exploitable loophole of the first version, and making it both faster and more difficult as, unlike in the earlier versions, the enemy will now rush you immediately (ready or not, here I come). Expect an even bigger challenge!

Great Time Waster!
There is a ' bit ' of grinding; just a heads up but your first play through with all your noob mistakes and learning, 90% of gamers should beat this under 14 hours. Once you know things work and understand the choices / upgrades that should get chosen in what ever order you want, it becomes MUCH different. I'm on my 3rd play through for this review. I don't agree with " rogelike " as many people are putting down... I think that word gets used WAY to much on games. This is a TOWER DEFENCE game where the towers run around based on their programming script. On killing enemy spawn ( buildings ) there is a bit of randomness, with in game rewards, but THAT's IT. The " Towers " are all custom built by you and there is a bit of randomness on what parts you get, but the player decides on what race produces more parts through upgrades ( or building strength, or regeneration, or self main base repair rate or.... ) I really liked this game. 7% of the time you will be mad @ how the computer chooses targets but if you are any kind of gamer you can overcome those issues with countering upgrades and your own unit placement. SLIGHT learning curb and slightly addictive on your first go. I liked it! The price you pay with such low system requirements, WOW! GOOD STUFF!!!

More the expected
Was more intressting then expected for the price, the idea was fun but sure there where things that could have made it better but as said, you get a lot for the price.

A lot of game for little money
At first, I dismissed the game as a casual tidbit. Well, now I've unlocked everything in the game after probably 15 hours, have a big grin on my face and am very pleasantly surprised. Classic case of "easy to learn, hard to master". For making the game seem so simple, there's actually a decent bit of tactics hiding under the hood. And the variety of parts you can find keeps you hooked for much longer than I would have thought. The gameplay is actually somewhat reminiscent of games like Vampire Survivors. All in all, a super investment for the few paltry bucks. I'm already looking forward to the next game from this developer!
