Not so great...
Glad I didn't buy this. You can download the demo from http://www.brothersoft.com/games/moto-racer-3.html to see if you like it first. It ran for me on Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but it's not great. Maximum resolution is lower than my laptop display as well. Try before you buy.

Ridge Racer Type 4
Imagine Ridge Racer Type 4. Only the UI is pretty rough and you have to edit things like resolution and controller inputs through the launcher Instead of in the game.

Meh...
Not good, not bad; kind of a racer. The menus seem to be a bit difficult to navigate; to this day I have little idea how to run a custom race. It was easier in 1 and 2, not so much here. The graphics are good and the controls are tight, which I think helps redeem the confusing setup.
