Moto Racer 2

Imagine Ridge racer 2 but motorcycles.

Positive/negative: - It's fun for a few minutes. Doing 2-3 races is more than enough. After that it's getting boring and repetitive. - Good music but it's looping so after a few minutes it's annoying. - Game is not that hard, but you are starting every race from the last place and if you collide (which keeps happening) your race is pretty much over. Obviously making your way up to the first position from the last place is boring. - Real price (5.59 Euros) is A BAD JOKE for it, current price (0.59 Euro) is alright if you want to experience how nostalgia can fool you.

I loved this game back in the day and played thousands of hours. When I found it on GOG I was exited, I was eager to play this once again after so long. But just al the moment of launching it it felt different, and when I started the first race with motocross bikes I was extremely dissaponted, the phisics of the game, the handling is all broken, it is noting like the original and it breaks the game, it is not fun anymore, it's just not Moto Racer 2.

Both the sound and the vehicle handling is so off. Accurately speaking disappointing experience for any fan of the series which I am. Way back in the day I played the heck out of this game. Never got tired of it. I never expected that gog's version of all would have glitches. But at least now I know. My advice if you love this genre is get the cd versions. But when it comes to digital downloads of retro games on modern machines unfortunately for everybody sometimes it can be a bit of a hit and miss sometimes.
